Frequently Asked Questions (we all get them!)

Does each court come with a bay? 

No, bays are booked separately for up to 6 guests. There are 5 bays, only one court does not have a bay.

I am having trouble booking or changing my reservation. Who can I contact?

Are kids allowed to play?

Unfortunately, no. We are 18+ on our courts. If you bring your kids, you will need to rent a bay at an additional cost and the kids will need to stay inside the bay while you are playing. Kids must be supervised at all times.

Is the restaurant kid friendly?

Yes! We love kids and we have great options for them on our menus.

Can I bring my own food? Is it BYOB?

Nope, sorry. We are a full-service restaurant and don't allow outside food or beverage. This includes waters and bottles of warm alcohol hidden in your bag. If you bring alcohol, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

What about cake?

Sure! But we do charge a cake cutting fee. This applies to cake that we don't actually cut, cupcakes, donuts, rice crispy treats, or whatever celebratory treat you bring.

Anything else I should know?

Please arrive 10 minutes before court reservation to allow ample time for each participant to individually sign a liability waiver. Each guest is required to show their ID at time of check in. All players must be 18+. Minors are not allowed on the courts. If minors are present, bay rental is mandatory at an additional charge and minors must remain inside and supervised.

Where do I park?

We have valet parking for $5 or you can pay to park on the streets around Solarium or at the nearby parking garages.

Can I rent equipment?

Yes! We have rackets available for rent. We don’t rent balls, but we do have them available for purchase.

Can I throw a party?

Sure! We have a great event person that can help you plan your party or large group gathering. You can reach out via our website event inquiry form.

Do y’all have a league?

We have partnered with a couple of different leagues. We have information on our social media, website, and in person.

Is there a membership option?

Yes! But our memberships are very limited in quantity to make sure our members and guests have a good time. If the membership option isn’t available on our court reservation page, then we are currently sold out. You can contact us at solarium.admin@rex-hospitality.com to join the wait list.

Can I bring my dog?

We love dogs but you can’t bring your dog unless it is a service dog (not a pet), that has been trained to perform specific tasks that mitigate the effects of their handler’s disability. That means your emotional support puppers, that you certified online and has a vest from Amazon, can’t come visit us. We are sad about this too.

Is there open play?

Not yet, but check back because we will have it soon.
